LEGAL / TERMS
Website Terms
5 September 2026
These terms govern use of the NordCodex public website. Project work, deliverables, pricing, security-testing authorization and commercial obligations are governed by a separate written agreement when work is commissioned.
1. Website purpose
The site provides information about NordCodex software engineering, AI, system integration, modernization, technical consulting and authorized cybersecurity services.
2. No automatic engagement
Sending a form, requesting a consultation or viewing service information does not create a client relationship, guarantee availability or commit either party to a project.
3. Estimates and public information
Public website material is general information. Scope, timelines, architecture, security findings and commercial terms must be confirmed for the specific engagement before they are relied upon.
4. Cybersecurity work
Security testing is performed only within an explicitly authorized scope. NordCodex does not treat public discovery of an asset as permission to test it.
5. Intellectual property
NordCodex owns or licenses the website design, text, code and brand assets unless otherwise stated. Client intellectual-property rights are defined in the relevant project agreement.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, submit malicious content or use public forms for spam, fraud or automated abuse.
7. Third-party services
Links or integrations such as scheduling or infrastructure providers may be governed by third-party terms and privacy notices. NordCodex does not control third-party services.
8. Liability
The public website is provided on an as-available basis. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not excluded. Any liability connected to paid professional services is governed by the applicable written agreement.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these website terms when the site or applicable requirements change. For questions, use the Contact page.
Website information is separate from signed project agreements.
